Falls Valley Consulting are a small independent consultancy, established in 1989 by Gregg Boalch FACS.

Our mission is to provide independant advice to enable our clients first identify and clarify where they aim to be, and then assist our clients in successfully implementing and monitoring business and system changes.

We view our projects from a socio-technical perpsective - a mix of people, process and technology all combining in a information-rich environment to achieve identified goals.

We are vendor independent, and utilise a tool kit of methodologies and toolsets within our practice.
